So why Umbria?

We read increasingly in the press here in the UK about the ‘value’ of Umbria. 

As John Tunstill also states ‘It can offer low cost living but with high standards, an infrastructure of art, culture, architecture, music festivals and entertainments of the best quality, but at bargain prices.

‘According to the Italian ‘La Nazione’ newspaper, Umbria has the best quality of life, the best public services and the best economic prospects in central Italy.’
